Her work is dedicated to helping clients maintain healthy, comfortable, and confident feet through safe and personalised care.She believes that proper foot care is essential for overall wellbeing, helping prevent pain, infections, ingrown nails, hard skin, and mobility issues, while supporting her patients. Edita’s approach focuses on both resolving existing concerns and protecting long-term foot health. With extensive experience with a range of clients, and attention to detail, she ensures every pair of feet receives the highest standard of care.

Hello and welcome

I am a yoga teacher located in the Derby area. I have been teaching for six years and I teach a variety of classes from advanced vinyasa to gentle restorative. I love to teach mindfulness practices, meditation and yoga Nidra. I like to focus on yoga movement to help me ground and let go of overthinking, I like to incorporate strength drills and flexibility into my practice too. I’ve been practicing yoga for over twenty-five years, exploring various styles along the way. Around fifteen years ago, I discovered Prana Flow, and I knew immediately I had found my dharma. This energetic, subtle-body approach to yoga felt like home — and I felt called to share its transformative magic with others.In 2015, I began my formal training and remain, always, a devoted student.I first completed a 300-hour Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, building a solid foundation in Hatha Yoga, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology. From there, I immersed myself in Vinyasa training, where my love for the poetic dance of rhythm, breath, and movement truly came alive.In 2016, I began what felt like the pièce de résistance — a 500-hour Prana Flow training with Shiva Rea. Prana Flow (Prana Vinyasa) embodies the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, as well as the wisdom of Ayurveda, Tantra, and Bhakti Yoga. I completed this training in 2021 and continue to study with my teacher, forever evolving and deepening my practice.I’m so excited to share the magic of Prana Vinyasa in this beautiful space and hope to flow with you soon. ✨
