Her work has taken her across Europe, treating everyone from professional athletes to the general public. This wide-ranging experience has given her a deep understanding of how to tailor treatments and advice to individual needs. Helen now brings her expertise to The Sanctuary Wellness Centre & Retreats, combining decades of hands-on experience with a commitment to helping people move better, recover faster, and achieve lasting health.

Teresa Whittaker
Teresa is a Level 4 Yoga Teacher and Level 3 Pilates Instructor who offers a holistic approach to movement and wellbeing. She teaches traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, integrating pranayama and meditation to help students connect more deeply with their breath and body. Teresa's classes are designed to balance strength and softness. She encourages her students to challenge themselves safely and mindfully—building resilience, confidence, and a greater sense of self-awareness. Her teaching style blends clear instruction with a supportive atmosphere, allowing students of all levels to progress at their own pace.As a qualified Sound Bath Practitioner, Teresa also shares sound healing sessions that promote deep relaxation and energetic balance. Through movement, breath, and sound, she aims to guide others toward a sense of harmony, clarity, and inner calm.
